The Role
At Specsavers, we recognise that our people are the foundation of our growth and success. Our Audiology business is continually expanding, and it’s imperative that we invest in our people so that we can provide a first-class Audiology service to our customers. We are currently seeking a passionate and eager Audiology Professional to join us as a Professional Services Consultant in Brisbane or Sydney. In this role, you will be driving the productivity of our Audiology professionals, through training and development, across Australia

As Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supporting a clinician resourcing programme, through aiding the delivery of activities to attract, select and on-board the best Audiology talent
  • Developing Audiology professionals through the delivery of workshops, store visits, one on one training sessions and online learning interventions
  • Carrying out peer-to-peer observations in store as part of the Clinical Excellence Programme
  • Supporting the identification of clinical skill gaps and training needs to ensure that the right training solutions are developed and delivered 

About You
Reporting to the Head of Product & Professional Services – Audiology, you will possess the following skills:

  • Qualified Audiologist/Audiometrist with demonstrated experience working within the Australian Audiology market
  • Demonstrated experience delivering professional training to Audiologists & Audiometrists, ideally with experience supervising or managing in the retail space
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Either have a registered QP number, or be eligible to attain one
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
