The Role
Specsavers is renowned for its award winning and memorable marketing campaigns across the globe and our ANZ Marketing Department is no different. We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Coordinator with a great attitude to join our exciting Marketing team in the Port Melbourne Support Office. In this position, you will be coordinating the ordering, delivery and supply of marketing materials to stores, acting as first point of contact for marketing queries from stores, and assisting the Marketing Operations team in delivering support services to the wider Marketing Department. 

As Marketing Operations Coordinator, will also be responsible for:
•    Acting as the first point of contact for all store marketing queries received by email and over the phone, and forwarding communications to the Marketing Department as required
•    Working with the Marking Operations Executive to create and deliver on-brand marketing materials for in-store displays
•    Coordinating the invoices for the Marketing Department, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time
•    Assisting the Marketing Operations Team by supporting Department-led functions and events
•    Assisting other teams within the Marketing Department with general support when required

About You
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Executive, you will possess the following skills:
•    Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
•    Ability to execute and prioritise projects and work to strict timelines
•    Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven stakeholder management capability
