About the role:

As the Store Manager – you’ll support the Retail Director in day to day operations of the store which will include coaching and developing staff members, rostering, stock management, continually seeking to improve the delivery of products and services to customers and managing the customer resolution process. You will develop a thorough understanding of the stores budgets and review keys areas of the business such as customer engagement, financial and people to achieve continuous improvement and efficiency. Most importantly you’ll be a role model to the staff ensuring they feel enthused and free to make suggestion.
Optics experience is not required however, this position could also suit a Senior Optical Dispenser looking for their next opportunity. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with a diverse range of people. In return for your hardwork you will have the support of a fantastic Retail Director as well as the opportunity to develop your commercial and clinical skills even further.
