We are currently seeking a Store Supervisor or Store Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the store and its team members
  • Ensure that service level components, standards and sales targets are met
  • Induct new starters
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of team members
  • Provide coaching and support to existing team members to ensure standards are met

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Over 2 years retail experience within a similar role within Optical or similar industry
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and aftercare
  • Strong team leading skills and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
