Supervisor

Working closely with the store management team, our Supervisors are instrumental in contributing to the financial performance of the store and enhancing the culture.

Key information

You will spend much of your time developing and nurturing the team, giving them the experience they need to move into a management role one day. In addition, as a key member of the in-store team you will see that every customer enjoys an incredible standard of service.

Your first step is simply to apply for the Store position you want

After an initial pre-screen, those that are shortlisted will have a telephone interview

If you’re shortlisted by the store, you’ll be invited to a  group interview or a store-based interview which could  also include a psychometric questionnaire

If you’re successful at interview stage, a reference check will be conducted.

Training and development

A stepping stone

A Supervisor role is a great way to develop the skills needed to one day move into a management role. It will also help you develop on-the-job experience, and we will give you all the practical learning and development support you need. We have dedicated Training and Development representatives across Australia and New Zealand, so no matter which store you are based at there will always be an opportunity for you.
