With a strong understanding of customer service and the ability to drive this within the team, you’ll work closely with an Optical Partner to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and its long-term growth.

Developing your team

With a number of roles and responsibilities in each store, you’ll take the lead in building and developing your own team. This will include recruitment and training so you can ensure that your team has the skills to deliver excellent service to every customer.

Becoming a JVP

We are always looking for new partners, who share the same vision and values as we do, to join our team. We also offer team members the opportunity to participate in our Pathway program - Specsavers’ development program for team members who aspire to be future Joint Venture Partners (JVPs). After an initial pre-screen, those meeting the requirements will have a telephone interview

If you are successful you will be invited to an interview/ assessment, and you may be asked to complete a questionnaire

Depending on the result of the assessment you may be offered to join the pathway program or other avenues will be discussed.

If you’ve registered interest in a specific store, there is an extra stage where you will attend the Partner Selection Centre.
