Business Development

Our Business Development department covers a number of areas across the business including Store Development, Property, Procurement, Facilities Management and Workplace Health and Safety.

Our Business Development department covers a number of areas across the business including Store Development, Property, Procurement, Facilities Management and Workplace Health and Safety.

Property

The property team is responsible for managing leases, securing locations and negotiating with landlords, as well as managing the facilities for our support office and store network.

Store design and development

This team designs new stores and oversees all areas of new store fit outs and alterations to existing stores. They ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Business Development Manager Team

The Business Development Managers support the development of the Specsavers brand through risk assessment and project management of opening of new stores and the portfolio management of existing stores.

Procurement and business transfer

Business Transfer facilitate equitable, legally and financially compliant solutions to partner changes. Our Procurement team ensure equipment and other store fit-out is ordered, delivered and installed within the specified timeframes.

After an initial pre-screen, those meeting the role requirements will have a telephone interview

If you are successful you will be invited to an interview/ assessment, and you may be asked to complete a questionnaire

The next step is either a 2nd stage interview or an assessment centre or presentation

After 2nd stage interviews/assessment centres, we conduct reference checks. You will notified of your application status whether you are successful or not for the position and the successful candidate will be offered the postion
